The cost is $10 and checks should be made to LCHS. The money will cover the costs for medical supplies for our trainers.
Physicals will be JULY 23rd, 2020 at 2pm. These will be located at Medical Park 2, 1439 Jesse Jewell Pkwy, Gainesville GA.
We will be set up outside under tents. You will be screened upon arrival (just like you are when coming to workouts). We will be practicing social distancing and ask that you wear a mask if you have one, if not one will be provided.
If your students is middle school a parent/guardian MUST attend. This is if we have questions about medical history that the student is unable to answer.
