Thanksgiving
HOSA is thankful for faculty and staff at LCMS. Yesterday, HOSA members chose a special faculty educator/staff member to honor by inviting them to breakfast. HOSA students honored each guest with a heartfelt speech, breakfast, and a rose.

LCMS would like to thank some of the members of the Blue Ridge Rifles for coming out last week and sharing their knowledge about our local history related to the civil war to our 8th grade Georgia Studies classes. Our kids were amazed at the artifacts and experience.

Today, the planet Mercury crossed the face of the sun in a rare Mercury transit. Mrs Jones, STEAM teacher, arranged for visitors, including Mr Jones, to come to LCMS to set up telescopes so our kids could view the event, which will not be visible from Earth again until 2032.
