Our chorus students, under the direction of Mr. Cole Martin gave an incredible concert tonight!
6th graders had a blast today participating in a fun review cake walk!
8th grade STEAM students enjoyed a visit from Mr. Tom Powers, retired aviation's mechanic from American Airlines, who spoke about careers in the aviation mechanics field, the physics of flight, and elaborated on how jet engines work.
Seventh grade ELA also used the Christmas Room this week to finish up the dramatic reading of A Christmas Carol. Students did a wonderful job following stage directions and reading their lines to the audience. 🎄🎄
Today our Alg 1 class complete an escape room to get buddy the elf out of NYC and back to the North Pole by factoring quadratics!

Students are putting the Gingerbread Man on trial this week in 6th grade ELA!
Our bands truly got us into the holiday spirit this week with back to back nights of concerts. Thank you to Mr. Wood for your leadership and to all our incredible musicians for their hard work!
8th grade math is investigating scatterplots relationships this week with hands on labs
Checkout our first semester art exhibition put together by Ms. Fowler and our amazing artists! They will be on display at LCHS before the band concert and chorus concert Tuesday and Thursday!
The Regifting Room is officially open! This week, many of our students will have the opportunity to shop for Christmas gifts for their family.
The regifting room is the passion project of Mrs. Jammie Caine who recruits a team of parent and school district volunteers who come together and offer this wonderful event for our students.
Thank you to everyone who volunteers or donates items to help make this season special for our kids!
Here is the finished tree that our Cooking and Crafts club contributed to! We are love partnering with deserving organizations like "Jeremiah's House" and participating in community events!

We are so excited to partner with our local Rangers this year! Each month, a team of Rangers are coming to Tribe Time to play games with LCMS students. Students are getting to participate in fun relay races while learning about military life and potential careers.
Mrs. Chatham's 6th graders performed some major operations in math today while working at the PEMDAS hospital! They know all about the order of operations now!

Today we were honored to host some of our Tribe's Veterans. Thank you to our VIP parents, Mrs. Fugate, Ms. Ervin, and Mrs. Caine for all your work organizing an excellent luncheon! Thank you especially to our vets for their service to our country!

Mrs. Rairigh's 7th graders carved pumpkins today that we used as decoration in the cafeteria for the costume contest!
Students in Ms.King’s class got rewarded with a breakfast bar gifted to them from Adams and Logan’s insurance. These students completed higher order thinking tasks based on their narrative unit in their personal time for the reward!
