Cooking and Craft Club mixed up delicious apple bites at their last meeting.

Jake Barrett, LCHS, and Cooper McDonald. LCMS, won the GA High School Fishing Tournament on Lake Lanier yesterday. Jake and Cooper won the tourney out of 54 total boats from other middle/high schools. Cooper also won big bass of the tourney with a 4.67 lb spotted bass. #TR1BE

LCMS is proud of Cooper McDonald for winning 1st in the GHSF tournament this weekend, along with his teammate Jake (both part of the LCMS/LCHS Fishing Team. They caught 16.89 pounds! Cooper also won the Big Fish Award for catching a 4.67 Lb. bass. Awesome fishing boys!

The LCMS wrestling team went 4-2 in the Habersham Raider Invitational on Saturday. They took 3rd place overall. Great job LCMS wrestlers!!!

Partners Club Fall Festival

Congratulations to the LCMS boys and girls tennis teams as they both won the Mountain League Championship tonight!! Great job Indians and Lady Indians.

The LCMS Chorus Club meets every Thursday in the LCMS Cafeteria from 2:45-4:00 pm.

Please help us help the hungry in our community. FBLA is sponsoring a Food Drive and has a goal of 2000 cans. We are almost halfway to our goal and would like to reach it before Thanksgiving break. Send in food with your middle schooler or drop off donations in the front office. 8th-grade Science students using M&Ms to learn about half-life; intellectually and physiologically satisfying!

Mrs. Rairigh won a Jackson EMC Bright Idea grant that will pay for sewing machines, fabric, thread, and notions to make masks and Dolls of Hope teddy bears! Her sixth-graders have caught the sewing bug! Mrs. Brunner also won a grant for her Entrepreneurship students and their L-Etsy project. Congrats to these teachers and their students!
